You may think I may be contradicting myself here, or the science is, after having reported so often on the benefits of exercise, and especially the simplest exercise of all, walking. Not only that I have often promoted the idea of multiple short bouts of exercise during the day such as a short walk after lunch.
This study in Japan, however, showed that a short walk after lunch can inhibit cognitive performance! How can this be true you may ask?
