Anxiety is considered a form of low-level fear. But its impacts can be dramatic over time. And this is also strongly related to personality types. Therefore, suggesting that your personality could be making you sick!

We probably all know someone who is extremely anxious – sees the worst possible outcome in every situation, and reacting, or overreacting, to every small thing that happens. Hopefully that person isn’t you! But this is something to be concerned about because research shows that anxious people have worse health and wellbeing outcomes in just about all areas of life and are at higher risk for serious mental health disorders such as PTSD and major depression not to mention many physiological aspects on top of this.
