So, correct me if I’m wrong but daydreaming seems to be the opposite of engaging the brain to learn and grow!

Yes, that is what we would all assume. Sitting and getting lost in thoughts seems to be a very unproductive way to spend your time. But as ever, we need to take a closer look at this. And a recently published study has come across my very active radar that is directly related to daydreaming. Not to mention this being corroborated by other research - also in business.

This interests me especially as a consummate day dreamer!

Ok so what is happening in your brain then?
